MOSCOW, April 23 (RIA Novosti) – Russian billionaire and Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich is Russia’s most generous philanthropist, having spent $310 million on charity out of his fortune of $12.8 billion in the past three years, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday.

Andrei P Tsygankov (San Francisco State University) for The Moscow Times: "The new conventional wisdom among Russia experts in the U.S. seems to be that the agenda of the two sides' relationship will have to be limited to issues of nuclear arms control."

I have participated in several summer and semester study abroad programs. My experience during EUSP’s inaugural summer program was the best. My program included students from various countries, academic levels, and interests. Additionally, the group’s small size made getting to know other students and professors easy.

Where do the majority of students come from who study in the IMARES? How many Russians attend the program or what percentage?
We have about 50% from the US with the rest from Western Europe and a few from the richer parts of Asia. There are no Russian students in the program with the exception of an occasional student auditing one course.
